        and living since his birth       in the town of Pompaple           , District
        of Cossonay          , Canton of Vaud         in Switzerland,
        Age: 36 years; Height: five feet, three thumbs, six
        lines, French measure(2); Hair: black; Eyebrows: black; Beard: none(3);
        Eyes: brown(4); Nose: large; Mouth: medium; Chin: round(5); Forehead: with a scar ;
        Face: oval. Profession: farmer -- going to America
        with his wife and his three children, a 4 year old boy and two younger girls,

        with the intention of working.
        Do not stop him on his way and do not let anyone harm him.
        On the contrary protect him and help him if necessary and this would work in a mutual way. The
        present passport, signed by the applicant and issued under
        the signature and seal of the Sub-Prefect of this district, in accordance with the
