Dates from Kentucky Vital records. A 14 May 1961 newspaper article about his Emily Chapman gives death year as 1957.
From a Musgrave Family Descendant: Death date March 19, 1957. In 1899, he was a member of a traveling show with "Kentucky Frank", an old showman. Tall and fair complected with long hair reaching to his waist.

NANCY EMILY CHAPMAN, daughter of Mary Jane Bonzo and Jacob Newton Chapman, was born July 31, 1869 in Olive Hill, Carter County, Kentucky, and died June 24, 1963 in Carter county, Kentucky. She married NAPOLEON BONAPARTE MUSGRAVE March 28, 1899, son of Joseph Musgrave and Mary Allison. He was born 1866, and died March 19, 1957 in Carter county, Kentucky.
Nellie Myrtle Musgrave married Spencer Jordan.
John Robert Musgrave married Lena McComas.
Henry Lee Musgrave was born November 18, 1909 and died September 29, 1947.
