I Remember... John Wesley Bonzo
From a Nephew
For many years. my great uncle, Doctor John W. Bonzo, lived with us in Portsmouth. He was a dentist by profession. He served in the Spanish Americal War where his marksmanship and hunting skills landed him the job of Company Hunter with the responsibility of keeping the Company supplied with fresh meat. "Uncle Doc" died well past 100 years old in the VA hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.
