MARGARET ZAHLER, daughter of Jeanne Henriette Bonzon and Joseph Zahler, was born April 04, 1834 in New Sewickley Township, Beaver county, Pennsylvania, and died in 1866. She married JOSEPH POWELL on May 10, 1853 in Beaver county, Pennsylvania. He was born May 14, 1830 in Beaver county, Pennsylvania.
Sarah Jane Powell was born in 1854 in Beaver county, Pennsylvania and died April 20, 1923 in Lancaster township, Butler county, Pennsylvania. She married John H. Schiever and they had a daughter Alma E. Alma died in 1951. She married a Mr. Rice.
Amelia Powell was born about 1856 in Beaver county, Pennsylvania, and died on May 8, 1920 in Lancaster township.
William Powell was born about 1859 and died before 1870.
Charles S. Powell married Angeline E. Deemer.

Margaret's birth recorded in Margaret's own Bible, which is in the possession (as of 1999) of [a Living Descendant]. Written inside is "Margaret Zahllar her book 1850. Margaret Zahllar was born April the 4 1834 remember me." She had a total of 6 children, 3 of which were living in 1888 (from Warner's History of Beaver County).
The Zahller Family Bible states: "Margaret Zahllar b Apr 4, 1834".
