Louise Pierrette Bonzon, born July 21 1800, in Pompaples, Cossonay district, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, is the daughter of Pierre Louis Bonzon and Marguerite Magnenat. She came to the United States with her parents in 1803, between April and June. Our notes say she married John Powell, son of Joseph Powell and Barbara Beam (Boehm), and that she died sometime after 1832.
When John's father, Joseph Powell, died, his children assembled to resolve the disposition of his estate. Those documents indicate that Louise and John were living in Indiana at the time of Joseph's death. We have yet to learn anything further.
