DAVID SAMSON DEEMER:
From a Deemer Descendant -- 2003: He was born in Beaver Falls, Beaver county, Pennsylvania. He died at 2:15 p.m. in Stockdale, Ohio, (near Minford), of mitral stenosis, complicated by a heart attack and influenza, after being ill for several months. He was a farmer. He was laid to rest on February 25, 1932 at Fairview (Bennett) cemetery, Minford, Scioto county, Ohio
THEODORA SLATTERY:
From a second Deemer Descendant: The parents of Theodora Slattery Deemer, wife of David Samson Deemer, were Theodore and Sarah Ann Pool Slattery. Theodore died 4 February, 1857, four months before his only child was born. He died from "white swelling" - Leukemia or bone cancer. Sarah Ann then married Rolly Bennett and had several children. Theodora did not live with them but stayed with her grandparents, William and Amy Abigail Dodge Pool.
Dora rests at Fairview (Bennett) cemetery, Minford, Scioto county, Ohio.

DAVID SAMSON DEEMER, son of Susanna Elizabeth Bonzo and Peter Jacob Deemer, was born May 24, 1852 in New Sewickley township, Beaver county, Pennsylvania, and died February 23, 1932 in Madison township,Scioto County, Ohio. He married THEODORA SLATTERY October 26, 1874 in Madison township, Scioto County, Ohio. "Dora" is the daughter of Theodore Slattery and Sarah Poole. She was born June 15, 1857 in Minford, Scioto county, Ohio, and died October 21, 1939 in Stockdale, Pike county, Ohio.

Charles Samson Deemer married Martha Jeannette Rickey.
Elizabeth S. Deemer was born May 16, 1879 and died August 30, 1880 in Madison township, Scioto county, Ohio.
David S. Deemer was born May 19, 1880 and died August 30, 1880.
Elmer Jacob Deemer married Della Fullerton.
Fannie Pearl Deemer married James Milton Kirkpatrick.
Earl Jackson Deemer was born September 3, 1885 in Madison township, Scioto county, Ohio and died December 21, 1980 in New Boston, Scioto county, Ohio. Earl never married. He died at 6:30 p.m. due to acute myocardial infarction, after suffering with ASHD for 10 years. At the time of his death, he resided in New Boston, Ohio. He was a farmer. Earl went to his rest at Fairview (Bennett) cemetery, Minford, Scioto county, Ohio, on December 24, 1980.
